Jack’s Mechanical is committed to providing a minimum of an OSHA 10hr certification to all employees, and an OSHA 30hr to all members of our Leadership team i.e. foreman, General Foreman and Superintendent. Additionally all leadership are required to have a current certification in CPR, First Aid and AED. No matter what size or location of project, Jack’s is prepared to provide mobile on-site training for our employees to ensure and boost the safety expectations and culture of the project and team.

Leading indicators provide early warning signs of potential failure, and enables identification and correction of safety deficiencies before they mature into accidents and injuries. Jack’s uses these indicators to track performance data related to field and office safety audit completions and Behavior Based Safety trends.
